Training Services
Training programmes and educational materials provided by Diane Wright Reflexology are intended for professional development and educational purposes.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that any training undertaken aligns with their own professional requirements, insurance obligations and local regulations.
Diane Wright Reflexology reserves the right to decline bookings or remove participants from programmes where conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Booking & Payment
- All training bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or an agreed deposit
- Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any training programme unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless stated otherwise
- Group bookings for spa teams may be subject to a separate written agreement
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your training date. The deposit amount varies by programme:
- 25% — Foundation Workshop, Therapist Programme, Advanced Intensive, and Regulation Reset™ Practitioner Training
- 30% — Regulation Reset™ Mastery
- 50% — Regulation Reset™ Spa Integration and Premium Spa Installation
Deposits are non-refundable from the point of payment. They may be transferred to an alternative date at Diane Wright Reflexology's discretion. The cancellation tiers in the Cancellation Policy govern the refund of any further payments made beyond the deposit.

Cancellations by the client
Cancellations by Diane Wright Reflexology
In the unlikely event that a programme is cancelled by Diane Wright Reflexology, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date. Diane Wright Reflexology is not liable for any additional costs incurred such as travel or accommodation.
Non-attendance
No refund will be issued for non-attendance without prior notice.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the training date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
Travel & Accommodation
Travel and accommodation costs for on-site training delivery are not included in programme fees unless explicitly stated in writing. These will be agreed separately prior to booking confirmation.
Professional Services
Reflexology is a complementary therapy intended to support relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients and participants should consult an appropriate healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, course materials, branding and methodology relating to the Regulation Reset™ Method remains the intellectual property of Diane Wright Reflexology unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, sold or used commercially without prior written permission from Diane Wright Reflexology.
Participants in training programmes may use skills and techniques learned for their own professional practice but may not reproduce, teach or commercialise the Regulation Reset™ Method or associated materials without a separate written licensing agreement.
Liability
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure information on this website is accurate, Diane Wright Reflexology does not accept liability for errors, omissions or reliance placed on the information provided.
Diane Wright Reflexology's total liability in connection with any training programme shall not exceed the fees paid for that programme.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland where services are contracted with clients based in Scotland, and the laws of England and Wales where services are contracted with clients based in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.
For international clients, these terms shall be governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts based on the above.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of this website or booking of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
