These terms apply to all training, mentorship, and treatment provided by Diane Wright, trading as Regulation Reset™. By booking, you agree to the terms set out below.
About Regulation Reset™
Regulation Reset™ is a trademarked, IPHM-accredited reflexology methodology developed and delivered by Diane Wright. Training is offered to qualified therapists and spa teams; treatments are offered to individual clients.
Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed once your place is reserved and any required deposit or payment is received.
- Fees are as quoted at the time of booking. Where a deposit is taken, the balance is due as agreed before the training or treatment date.
- Payments are processed securely through the payment provider; card details are never stored by me.
Training and certification
- IPHM-accredited certification is awarded on satisfactory completion of the relevant training requirements.
- Course materials are provided for your own professional use and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
- The Regulation Reset™ name, method, and materials remain the intellectual property of Diane Wright.
Your responsibilities
Where you attend training as a qualified therapist, you are responsible for practising within the limits of your own qualifications, insurance, and any professional or local regulations. Certification in the Regulation Reset™ Method supplements, and does not replace, your existing professional obligations.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations and changes are covered by the Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Every effort is made to deliver training and treatment to a high professional standard. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the training or treatment concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
