Time reserved for you — whether for a treatment, a training day, or a mentorship session — is time that can rarely be offered to someone else at short notice. The following applies to all bookings.
Treatments and one-to-one sessions
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the fee.
- Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full fee.
Training and spa team bookings
- Deposits secure your place or date and are non-refundable, as they reserve time and preparation specifically for you or your team.
- Cancellations more than 14 days before a scheduled training date may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date where possible.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the date may be subject to the full fee, as materials and time will already have been committed.
If I need to cancel
If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered the next available date, or a full refund of any fees paid for the affected session.
Illness and emergencies
Genuine illness and emergencies are always treated with understanding — please let me know as soon as you can and we'll find a way forward together.
