Cancellation Policy

Training Programme Cancellations

The following cancellation terms apply to all training bookings including spa reflexology training, Regulation Reset™ practitioner programmes and all associated training packages.

Cancellations by Diane Wright Reflexology

In the unlikely event that a programme is cancelled by Diane Wright Reflexology, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date. Diane Wright Reflexology is not liable for any additional costs incurred such as travel or accommodation.

Non-attendance

No refund will be issued for non-attendance without prior notice.

Consultation Cancellations

For individual discovery calls and consultations:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Missed consultations without notice may be charged at the full session rate

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the training date for programmes, or 24 hours prior for individual consultations.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your training date. The deposit amount is based on the programme booked:

Deposits are payable on booking and confirmed in writing. The remaining balance is due in line with the payment terms set out in the Terms & Conditions.

How deposits and cancellations work together

The deposit secures your date and is non-refundable from the point of payment. The cancellation tiers in section 1 of this policy then govern the refund of any further payments made beyond the deposit.

• The deposit may be transferred to an alternative date at Diane Wright Reflexology's discretion, where the rescheduling request is made in writing
• If the full programme fee has been paid, the deposit portion remains non-refundable; the cancellation tiers (28+ days, 14–28 days, less than 14 days) apply to the balance
• If the programme is cancelled by Diane Wright Reflexology, the deposit and any balance paid will be refunded in full

International & On-Site Training

For training programmes delivered internationally or on-site at spa venues, specific cancellation and rescheduling terms will be agreed in writing prior to booking confirmation. These may differ from the standard terms above depending on travel and venue arrangements.

Exceptional Circumstances

Diane Wright Reflexology understands that unexpected situations can occur. Where genuinely exceptional circumstances arise, requests for flexibility will be considered on an individual basis at Diane Wright Reflexology's discretion.

How to Cancel

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing by email.

Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The date of your written notification will be used to determine the applicable cancellation terms.

Governing Law

This cancellation policy is governed by the laws of Scotland for clients based in Scotland, and the laws of England and Wales for clients based in England, Wales or Northern Ireland. For international clients, Scottish law applies.
