Privacy Policy

How your personal information is collected, used, and protected when you work with Regulation Reset™.

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how Diane Wright, trading as Regulation Reset™, handles your personal information when you visit this website, make an enquiry, or take part in training or treatment. I am the data controller for the information described here.

What information I collect

  • Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and where relevant your business or spa, provided when you enquire, book training, or join a mailing list.
  • Training and enquiry information — details about your professional background, qualifications, and what you are looking for, so I can advise on the right pathway.
  • Treatment information — where you book a treatment, relevant health and consultation details kept as part of safe practice. This is special category data and is only collected with your explicit consent.
  • Payment information — records of payments made. Card details are processed securely by the payment provider and are never stored by me.
  • Website data — basic technical information such as the cookies needed for the site to function.

How I use it

  • To respond to enquiries and provide the training, mentorship, or treatment you have arranged.
  • To manage bookings and send confirmations, reminders, and course materials.
  • To keep accurate records as required for professional practice, accreditation, and insurance.
  • To send occasional updates about training and availability — only where you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Lawful basis

I rely on contract (to provide training or treatment you have arranged), explicit consent (for any health information, and for marketing), legitimate interests (running and developing the practice), and legal obligation (record keeping for tax and insurance).

Who I share it with

Your information is never sold or shared for marketing by third parties. It is held securely within the booking and business platform I use, which processes data on my behalf, and with payment providers where you pay online. I may disclose information where required by law.

How long I keep it

Records are kept only as long as necessary — treatment records in line with professional and insurance requirements, and enquiry or marketing data until it is no longer relevant or you ask for it to be removed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted (subject to record-keeping obligations), to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, please get in touch. If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to work properly. No advertising or tracking cookies are set by me.
