Each programme builds on the last, allowing therapists and spas to develop at the level that's right for them.

The Method

What is the Regulation Reset™ Method?

The Regulation Reset™ Method is Diane Wright's proprietary approach to supporting nervous system balance through structured reflexology and restorative therapeutic practice.

Unlike standard reflexology, the method works through a three-stage framework that guides the body from a state of activation through to deep regulation and recalibration. The result is a more targeted, outcomes-focused treatment — one that supports stress recovery, builds client resilience, and delivers a measurably different experience.

The specific techniques, sequencing and clinical application are taught exclusively within the certification programmes.

The Four Programmes

Programmes one and two are priced per therapist trained. Programmes three and four are priced as property-level engagements — the spa is commissioning full embedding of the method into the business, not training-by-the-head.

Practitioner Level

Regulation Reset™ Practitioner Training

The Spa Integration programme focuses on embedding the Regulation Reset™ Method into the operational and commercial framework of your spa. The emphasis is on creating a signature treatment fully aligned with your brand, guest journey and commercial objectives — bespoke to your property, but architecturally true to the method.

Prerequisite Spa Integration is designed for properties whose senior therapists already hold Regulation Reset™ Mastery certification. The senior team's clinical foundation is what allows the bespoke signature to be designed and delivered to luxury-spa standard.

How the Pricing Works

Why are the first two programmes priced per person and the last two flat?

Practitioner Training and Mastery are therapist development programmes — the value scales with the number of therapists trained, so the price does too. Spa Integration and Premium Installation are property-level engagements that embed the method into your business operations, brand, and commercial strategy. The value is delivered to the spa as a whole, regardless of team size, so they're priced as a single fee.

Why does Spa Integration require Mastery certification?

A bespoke signature treatment is only as strong as the hands delivering it. Spa Integration assumes your senior therapists already hold Regulation Reset™ Mastery — the senior practitioner credential. This protects the quality of the signature being designed for your property, and ensures your team can deliver to the standard the engagement establishes. Most properties commission Practitioner training and Mastery in the months leading up to a Spa Integration engagement.

What if I have more therapists than the cohort cap?

Cohort caps reflect what we can deliver experientially within a 3-day on-site engagement — not a limit on team size. For Spa Integration, additional therapists beyond the first 6 are charged at £650 each. For Premium Installation, additional therapists beyond the first 8 are charged at £650 each. This matches the standalone Practitioner per-head rate, so no team is paying more for being larger.

What if my team is bigger than the cohort cap can sensibly handle?

For very large teams (typically over 12), we deliver the programme across two cohorts on consecutive days or staggered over time. Pricing for two-cohort delivery is provided on application.
